• We respect and protect artists' intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.
• Unauthorized recording or distribution of streamed content is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

• You agree not to use matSFX for any illegal, harmful, or destructive purposes.
• Prohibited activities include:
  • Harassment or targeting of other users
  • Spreading hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Attempting to hack or compromise our platform
  • Impersonating matSFX staff or other users
  • Uploading malicious content or viruses
• We have the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations.

Intellectual Property

• All content on matSFX, including design, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users grant matSFX a non-exclusive, transferable license to use content they upload.
• We respect the intellectual property rights of artists and users.
• Repeat copyright infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your use of matSFX is governed by our Privacy Policy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• We collect and process personal data in strict accordance with German data protection laws.
• Users have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or export of their personal data.

Limitation of Liability

• matSFX is provided "as is" with limited warranties.
• Our liability is limited as per German legal standards.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, in accordance with German law.

Changes to Terms

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.
